Rental FAQ
How do i reserve or rent a bounce house?
You can use our online booking or fill out the rental form to receive an invoice to your email. Book up to 90 days in advance or as late as 2 days before your event.
My event was cancelled due to bad weather, will I receive a refund?
For outdoor events, if the weather predicts a 30% or greater chance of rain, we will reschedule your reservation. You can reschedule for another day or receive your payment back in the form of a Twelve13 gift card that can be used at a later time. We do not provide cash refunds for weather cancellations.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling/ Refunds
Cancel up to 48 hours before day of event with ability to reschedule (no cancellation fee). $50 cancellation fee within 48 hours of event day.
I no longer need the rental, will i receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds unless there was an error or double booking on our end; however, we do offer gift cards so that you are able to rebook at a later date.
Preparing for pickup
To prepare for pick up, we ask that you leave everything plugged in and inflated. This helps us to quickly inspect for trash and damage as well as roll inflatables the proper way for transport. Doing this also helps us keep our prices fairly low.
Do i have to pay additional for setup and delivery?
No, setup and delivery are always included free of charge for orders $150+. Travel fees do apply outside of the Dayton area.
Water play
As of 2025, we no longer any wet rentals. All of our rentals are dry and are expected to remain dry during the duration of use.
public events
Public events such as festivals, parades, community events, etc.. are required to utilize our bounce house attendant. This is to ensure the safety of the children and proper use of equipment.
power sources outdoo
If you are using a public park or an outdoor location, please be sure that the location offers a power source. We offer a generator for an additional fee. We will not issue a refund if you do not have a power source once we arrive. If you need a power generator the day of your event, there will be an additional $45 fee added to the regular price of a power generator. This fee must be paid before we set up.
