Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 48 hours before day of event with ability to reschedule (no cancellation fee). $50 cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours of event day. Book up to 90 days in advance or as late as 2 days before your event. As of 2025, we no longer any wet rentals. All of our rentals are dry and are expected to remain dry during the duration of use. For outdoor events, if the weather predicts a 30% or greater chance of rain, we will cancel your reservation for the day. Final weather decisions are made by 8am the day of your event. You can reschedule for another day or receive your payment back in the form of a Twelve13 gift card that can be used at a later time. We cannot refund back to original payment method due to weather.
