By checking this box. You agree to our Terms and Conditions regarding damage, cleaning fees, and our weather policy. 

 

Customers are required to pay for any damages to our property while in their care. 

Customers are required to pay for deep cleaning needed. Bounce houses should be free of mud, food, wetness, toys, debri, etc upon pick up. 

 

Wet units are not expected to be dry upon pick up. 

 

Customers agree to our weather policy. If customers attempts to dispute the charge with their bank, customer forfeits any payments and the ability to reschedule.

For outdoor events, if the weather predicts a 30% or greater chance of rain at 8am, we will cancel your reservation for the day.

 

You can reschedule for another day or receive your payment back in the form of a Twelve13 gift card that can be used at a later time.
