This form acknowledges the inherent risks and releases JoyHaus from liability. We also offer free waiver templates for daycares, summer camps, churches, and more—helping you secure parental permission and protect your organization.
Inflatable rules of use

No food or drinks allowed inside.

Shoes must be removed before entering.

Hard toys and sharp objects are prohibited.

No water play—wet rentals are not offered.

Commercial-size units support up to 500 lbs; toddler-size units support up to 200 lbs.

Bounce houses must remain plugged in and powered on while in use.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Weather policy
If outdoor event forecasts show a 30% (or higher) chance of rain, we will cancel your reservation for that day. A final weather decision will be made by 8 AM on the morning of your event.
You may choose to reschedule for another date or receive a refund in the form of a Twelve13 gift card (usable at any time). Please note that we cannot issue refunds to the original payment method due to weather cancellations.
